You mean fit OEM M5 tire specs into regular E60?

If that's what you mean ... unfortunately the front will rub due the size.
M5 front fender is slightly wider to accommodate such size.

Your issue on fit with the fronts will be with the height, not the width. My 255/35/19 set is fine in the front, with stock sport suspension and OEM Style 95 wheels. On the other hand, my 245/45/18 set on my stock E60 wheels gives me just the little slightest rub when I hit a steep driveway cut too fast, no other rub ever.

Well width too ... if we go in detail ... if you look at the other way around there are member(s) using same 40 height as the OEM M5 but on 245 width up front and no problem on std E60.

That was why I mentioned 'size' in particular 'cuz it goes both ways for width & height

Ok sorry for my grammer on the first post. So will the 255/35/19 for the front and 285/35-19 in the rear work on my 2008 E60 550 with sport suspension? Also I have the M6 offset OEM 166 wheels....

Thanks

you will most probably have rubbing with those sizes. recommended tire sizes on a non-M E60 are 245/35/19 and 275/30/19.
