My Ride: 2008 535i Black
I'm looking to get a set of 19x9 rims for 2008 535i (avant guard 355). A friend of mine has a set of Pirelli's sitting in his garage from his Audi S4. They are 255/35R19. I know most people with this setup go with 245/35R19. I was wondering if any of you knew if I could go with 255/35 instead. Would that cause any issues?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

They will fit perfectly. Most people run 245/35 on 8.5 wide 19's. On a 9 a 255 is an ideal fit. I have a 255/35 on my front 9's. Absolutely no issues as long as the rim offset is between 18-25.

on a 9 inch you want offset 18 or 15. If your going to do coilovers later plan ahead an get a 15 offset. As far as tires goes 255/35 will stretch a little, a 265/35 will be biggest 35 series you can run not really any rubbing issues or 275/30 has zero issues and doesnt rub and fits wheel perfectly
