Will 20x9 +24mm BBS CH-R front wheels rub with the shock?

Will 20x9 +24mm front wheels rub with the shock? I will be running a 245/35/20 front tire, and am getting mixed reviews based on search.. some people say they needed a spacer and some didnt. Hope someone can help me before I make the purchase! Car is a e60 550i with sport package.. thanks
