I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of a non staggered setup for an 2005 545i. I want to buy a setup that i can rotate and get better milage out of them.

I would like to know setup swith 18-19 wheels..

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

i have 245/40/R18 run flats on 18 inch BMW style 135 rims on all 4 corners of a 535. Was told multiple times by the dealer not to rotate because the tires ware differently in the front than the rear. Happy to hear if that is incorrect.

Well I guess I just had to open up my manual

it looks like 245/40 r 18 all around would work

and it looks like for 19" it is a staggered fit

245/35 r 19 Front
275/30 r 19 Rear

You probably won't getter better mileage, they will just all wear out at the same time.

$1000 every 2 years rather than $500 every year.

So you are saying even if the tire had a milage warranty that i would not be able to utilize it..I was thinking of getting a tire with a 60K milage warranty and it should at least last me three years with rotaion and all.

We don't have mileage warranties in Europe, so I can't comment on how they work.

I struggle to see how they would cope when average life of a tyre like this would be around 25,000 - 30,000, hell I can't get 60,000 out of a tyre on a Honda Jazz!
