Tire is peeling
Cracks started to develop on the tire wall a month after i got the 2 new tires installed. i took it back to the store for inspection but they said, "it can happen but no worries". Today (10 months later) i'm worried. Where the wall and the treads meet, it's peeling back. After checking when these tires were manufactured, (5110), which means they were full 2.5 years old when i purchased them. I've had these tires since 5/23/2013 and has about 25,000 miles on them. Slight inner wear, mostly highway driving, no alignment issues.
Peeling on the inner is worse than the outer wall.
Should I be worried or ok to use them?

Whoa, I wouldn't let that go. First of all, who makes the tires and secondly, who did you buy them from? Looks like a manufacturer's defect, especially since you pointed out a problem to the retailer when you bought them.
You certainly have put an inordinate amount of miles on them in 11 months, so don't expect a free replacement, but one of the parties certainly should do something for you.... a prorate of some kind.

Thank you for the reply!! Yes, these are DUNLOP SP Signature tires and got them installed by America Tire Depot. It's a chain stores to which I'm never going back.
As you have suggested, I went to a Good Year / Dunlop certified place but before i went i emailed the customer service at Dunlop. They issued a File # and said they would work with me on the warranty. That File# really worked. The store prorated 50% on the new tires. So it worked out at the end!
