My Ride: 09 BMW 550I
Default Tire Fitment

Hello,

I have a 09 550i with the sport package. I ordered the following:

BC coilovers with 9k 7k swift springs
ADV1 20X9.5f et +20 20/11r et +18

I have not put any of the items on the vehicle yet however, I am looking to run a 235/35/20 in the front and a 275/30/20 in the rear. I will lower the car and I would like to achieve a slight stretch. Let me know what you guys think. Also pics would be great.

Relax. Searching the forum would get you the answers since there many threads in the E60 mods section regarding wheels and fitment, many pics are included too. Hopefully you measured it out correctly since the front wheel width/offset you are going with is going to take away about 14mm of inner clearance to the strut. CO's tend to be a wider setup then your standard shock/spring setup so it will be closer to the inner wheel edge. The rears might rub on the fender lining when you hit bumps. It is 13mm further out then what I'm running and it barely rubs now when I'm fully loaded. You might want to roll you fenders and be sure to not decrease your camber, zeroing it out, to give you the most clearance.
