Went over a pothole and put about a 3 inch dent on the outside edge of my 19 inch VMR wheel.Is it worth reparing or would the integrity of the wheel be compromised?Should I replace or repair?Thanks in advance.

Too many factors to consider before offering an opinion - If it's a small bend in the outer or inner rim those can usually be straightened. Small cracks can be welded. My advice is to take it to a wheel repair specialist (not a run of mill tire retail store) to inspect completely. Also, ensure the tire wasn't damaged (broken belts etc). Most damage can't be assessed fully without disassembly and inspection by a professional.

Feels a little odd driving around with my 80km hr max 17" spare on!
