Hub measurement?
If they are 74 mm, you are very lucky. I had M310's and couldnt stop the car from vibrating no matter what I did, aluminum rings/polyurethane rings, high speed balance, road force balance, switched tires. Spent hundreds of dollar and countless hour, nothing worked. Good for you!

Looks great! I got the Michelin PSS's on my 535i sport and WOW!
It handles better than my 335i sport all because of the tires. I'm even running Hankook Ventus V12 evo tires on my 335i - which are also ultra high performance summer tires - but they do not even compare to the PSS.
The PSS deliver incredible grip on dry and wet surfaces and offer the amazing ride quality you would expect out of a BMW. Regardless, any ultra high performance tires will feel like a massive upgrade compared to the awful stock run-flats!
Anyways, good job picking the wheels and tires; the car looks awesome!
