Default Need advise on Rolling the fenders

My rear 275/30/19 Michelin pilots with 12mm spacer on 166 wheels start to rub the fender after dealer did wheel alignment and I also increased the pressure to 38.5 PSI. You can see the scars on the tire. I made the appointment to roll the fender with Camber Toe on LI. What is the disadvantage of rolling the fenders. As I spoke to the shop they say that the paint might crack as changinge the shape of the fender. I realy do not want to pay someone $100 to crack my fender paint but do no want to destroy the tires as well. I know some of you have done it and would like to hear your experience and tell me the place in NYC to how I can trust. And also wondering why the fender have that lip? to make it strong?

I rolled my fenders myself I've been doing it for a few years now. If done correctly you will have now issues.

Okay no baseball bats for our cars. If they use a heat gun to warm up the paint and progressively roll the lip back while heating up the paint in between each roll, you'll be fine. I had mine rolled last year, fronts and rears, with no issues. Now my wheels are nicely tucked in the fender.
