Larger tire concerns

So I was going to replace my front tires, I just replaced my rears recently, I have 275/35/19's in rear. I want to go with 245/35/19 on the front and they REFUSED to let me order them saying they are not rated properly and will blow out. I was going with pilot a/s sport. Apparently the load rating of my current tires is way too low also.

Loading rating:
245/35R19XL 93W BW super sport

245/40ZR-19 94Y BSW

I ended up going with the 245/40/19, because I didn't seem to have any other option. I measured and it didn't seem like that much bigger, maybe 5mm. I'm on coilovers, so I bet I'll have to raise my suspension. Am I going to have big issues with these tires?

Anyone ever had to go with the load rating BS? Is that even true? I haven't put them on my car yet since they are ordered so I'm wondering what would be best.

I'll bet the load rating is about 50lbs less (per tire) and unless you're going to carry 4 of your heaviest friends and 200 lbs of drugs in the trunk you're not likely to exceed the overall load rating of all 4 (properly inflated) tires. BTW, you can actually increase the stated load rating of a tire by altering the inflation pressure. That said, I think the 40 profile 19" tire you mentioned is the correct size for that set-up. Visually the difference won't even be noticeable.

Yeah thats what I was thinking too. They are also Y rated, my car doesnt even go near the MPH limits.
