Default Tires for Style 124 staggered on a 530xi

What tire sizes can I have on these rims so I won't mess up my xdrive?

There's your answer right there... 43 front, 55 rear. Play around with different 18" tire size combinations in www.willtheyfit.com. As long as the rolling circumference doesn't vary +/- 3%, you're golden.

Finnur has an xDrive BMW where tire circumference consistency is of utmost importance in order not to damage the differential. It's not as critical on a RWD car.

Mine are 3.1% greater at the rear, Is that not close enough?

Your 530d is not x-Drive, so you're okay.

I run 245/40 front and 275/35 rears on my staggered Style 32s (18x8/18x9) on my '07 525xi. Offset shouldn't matter, it's the the function of outside tire diameter that's important.
