You can't go wrong when following the offsets of the OEM wheels, although you can go with more aggressive offsets too in many cases.

Factory specs for your car are:
Front: 18x8 +20mm
Rear: 18x9 +32mm
So to 100% match factory specs, get that wheel width/offset combo. But as posted above and in many other wheel/tire threads, you can deviate from those offsets to compensate for wider wheels, but may get into some rubbing issues depending on how far you push the offsets out.

It all depends on how agressive you want to go. Most people on the forum run staggered. Everyones taste is subjective. I personally like staggered and very aggressive. I'm running an m5 set up with 20x9 et 16 and 20x 10.5 et17. Here's a cool calculator to figure out how much the rim lip will be flush

I don't think the wheel well or anything is any different on the 545 vs the 530.
I believe I have 19x9 ET 22 and 19x10 ET 14 on mine. I could proably go with ET24 on front to get the super flush but would probably rub. rear is max flush without rub
I'm sure you can find a pic in here somewhere.

So im looking at some new wheels, one is 19x8 et 20 19x9 et 25 and the other is 19.8.5 et 15 19x9.5 et 22
Which setup would be more flush with wheel well/aggressive>>?

First setup vs. OEM: Front: the same. Rear: sticks out 7mm more.
