Why would you suggest checking the lug torque any more than normal. The spacer on the rear bolts to the hub and then wheel bolts to the new spacer. The front is different the spacer came with longer lug bolts thus the wheel and the spacer are bolted to the hub.

Hmm... The spacers I am familiar with are simply that -- spacers, which require longer lugs entending through the wheel and the spacer into the hub. Sounds like you have something completely different -- my original comment would not apply to your setup.

LessIsMore is incorrect: The purpose of the hub-centric ring is to center the wheel on the axle, which makes it possible to make the lug holes slightly outsize, which makes for easier assembly and prevents seizure. The rings are not loadbearing.

Wrong. The hub ring/bore does center the wheel on the hub, but it is also the hub-bore/hub-ring that bears the load of the weight of the car. The lugs on a hub-centric wheel withstand the lateral forces applied during driving that would try to pull the wheel from the face of the hub, but the forces perpendicular to that (up and down, if you will) are born by the wheel-to-hub connection/fitment.
