Can I salvage these TPMS?

I just bought these used and upon inspection the stems are mangled on 2 and all 4 are missing at least the schrader valves. I'm not sure if there are more to the guts than just the Schraders?

These were supposed to be in good used condition. So hopefully I'm not in these for more than its worth...

The facebook group linked me to a $30 each kit but it looks like this would work - DormanŽ 609-141.1 - TPMS Service Kit

Would my local discount tire have these in stock and on hand to replace when mounting? Is this part of the "rebuild kit" they push when removing and reinstalling tpms? Ive never bought a second set as I usually just use my stock tpms and switch them to the second set of wheels.

Dude, you're already in those for more than they're worth.:hmm: I'd see if you can return them, or at least badmouth the person that sold them to you like that. :fcuk:

He's willing to work with me. He clearly didnt inspect them as they came with a set of wheels he bought. I only paid $60 for them so if its as simple as replacing the stems with a rebuild kit thats only $6 per sensor, then I'm in good shape.

Yep just replace the stems. The only thing is if the prev owner has had them for awhile the batteries generallly start dying after 5-6 years.
