Ah, you got me, Evan! ...these are my projections based on what I've read so far:

Tire Size: 245/35/19
Brand: Bridgestone Potenza (probably, I've had solid experience w/ these on my E39M5)
Suspension: Stock for now, looking at the latest rev of the ICS coilvers, though I won't be dropping it more than 1-1.5" depending on the wheel gap...

Also - not sure if you caught my other post, but I'm probably going to be running M5 brakes. So, I'll need to run a 20mm spacer in the rear to compensate for the shorter M5 hub...

Thanks for keeping me in check!

From my calculations that is probably the best possible tire and offset combo for making a square 9.5" setup work on the E61 (without M5 brakes). Not saying 100% it won't rub but it has the greatest potential not to. I think worst case scenario the fronts would need a very mild roll. If you switch from OEM suspension to coilovers you will likely lose some inner clearance (this was the case with my KWs), hard to say what the ICS setup is like but if you ran KWs I think you would clear the strut but just barely, like a few millimeters, but it would clear.

This fitment is all based off how Hankook V12s fit, which have pretty tidy sidewalls compared to most. I am unfamiliar with the Bridgestones, what model exactly? It can make all the difference.

So...I have a E61 535xi 6spd and can't seem to find a direct answer to my question.

Will 19x9.5 ET32 at all four corners work on my car? I'd really prefer to run a square setup if possible...

Thanks all!

Jeff
OK - slight modification to the specs as the ET32 BBS CX-R wheel I wanted to use doesn't come in a 5x120 bolt pattern. Now, I'm back to Vertini Magic at ET35. Still 19x9.5.

Getting ready to drop the $$$, but looking for that last configuration I'm getting something that'll fit... Thanks again all!

Just make sure the hub bore on those Vertinis is 72.5 mm and I think you're good to go with ET 35.

Et35 should be good. Just understand that to fine tune your fitment (if you really care about the wheels being flush like I do) you may need some small spacers to dial in the rear.

Also, depending on what brand/size tire you run you might need to have the fenders rolled. Don't be worried about rolling fenders it is a necessary mod for any performance/fitment oriented car, (M5 fenders are rolled from the factory) just make sure your fender roller is skilled in his craft.

Funny you mentioned that Evan! I had the car's paint touched up and was going to have the fenders rolled during that time in case any paint was damaged in the process. Turns out they were already rolled - both front and rear! :

I'll dial the spacer issue in once I upgrade to M5 brakes. Thanks again all!

Now I'm confused again. I started playing w/ the tire size calculators after realizing that a 245/35/19 tire will have too much stretch (a characteristic I'm not really into).

So, after playing, I came up w/ 275/30/19 as being the size with the most vertical sidewall while still maintaining the close speed ratio to my current 245/40/18's.

Is that too wide even if my fenders are rolled?

Thanks again, Jeff
