Shouldn't be able to fit without spacers... at least 10 or 12mm I would say.

Hey guys here are a few pictures of my wheels.

Setup: Front - 235/40R19 offset 35
Rear - 275/35R19 offset 30

I just ordered H&R Springs to lower my Xi, since that is the only option I can afford. Im a bit worried I might rub. Hopefully I wont, If i do Ill just have to sell or return the springs. There is no way I can get new tires (especially since I just got brand new all season tires for these wheels)

What do you guys think? The drop is apparently 1.4 in the front and 1.3 in the rear. But

Anyway, here are some pictures.

I think that's going to settle a bit lower, with those pictures it seems a tad high still compared to what mine is sitting at finally..

I havent put the springs on yet. That is stock ride height. I just ordered them last night and they should be here on thursday, maybe ill put them on the following weekend and see. I just hope i wont run on every tiny bump. I dont want to destroy my wells or my tires. lol

Haha that would explain it... I just recently went to another town with the kids and took the minivan.. some of those speed bumps were so big.. Like seriously, I thought the van was going to scrape because they were not only tall, but super, duper wide! If I took the e60 I'm sure something would have scraped it was ridiculous!

I hear Island Road is finishing up their coilover set for the E61 for the Xi models. (not 100% sure if they will fit a E60, but i think they said something about making a set for us E60 owners as well) And they are under 1,000 or so for the first group buy.

I dont have the money for the coilovers even if i sold my springs or just even returned them lol. Looks like I got a goal for next summer lolol

I got VMR V710s in 20x9 with 245/35/20 on them. The rim itself extends beyond the sidewall so i think its stretched. This means that every time i nail a pothole i bash the edge of my rim.

What do you guys think? If i go up to 255/30/20 or 265/30/20 will that fatten up the sidewall enough so i get more bulge to protect my rim? I lose sidewall height but gain width.

Should i just give up and drop to 18s..

See above pic I quoted. Dude is running 255/35/20 which has a WAY fatter sidewall than what you've got. Looks killer and has plenty of meat to protect the rims.
