I have a quick question about wheels. I am currently looking for some cheap winter wheels. I have a 2008 550i with sports package and came across some X5 winter wheels. The tires are 225/55/R18. Are the offsets and diameter of the X5 wheels and tires compatible with my 550?

If you are talking about E53 X5 wheels, no, not really. Their offsets are closer to xi models (ET 35 - 45). The E70 offsets are way up there too. Yours are around 20 I'm guessing?
