Default 2006 530xi rims - Staggered vs Non-Staggered

Hey guys, I wasn't intending to travel back in time to the E60, but a family member was getting rid of one with a manual trans at a price I couldn't pass on. It's a great car, very clean and well maintained which made it hard to resist. The n52 six isn't a speed demon, but it handles like a champ and I've really appreciated having the AWD this winter. It is currently on the stock 17 x 7.5 style 138's. I previously had a 2010 335i that I loved and traded in a few years ago, so I'm not entirely new to the world of modding BMW's. The stock 138's won't cut it and I'm planning to make a rim purchase here in the next few weeks.

I've done thorough research and am aware of what offsets and wheel/tire sizes will work on an e60 XI, so this isn't a "feed me the answers because I'm too lazy to read past posts" redundant question. Due to the high and unfortunate offset limitations on the XI I know I never will be able to get rims as concave as I desire on this car.

With that being said the juncture I'm at now is deciding whether to run a square setup in 19 x 8.5's et 35 (Miro 111 / VMR 710 / Avant Garde m310) with some plump tires for these nasty roads like 245/40/19, or opt for a staggered setup to get some more concaveness in the back.

From experience I know the staggered setup with wider rims in the back of course will look more aggressive/concave, and is really the look I want to achieve on this E60. I'd go this route without question if I still lived in Florida, or somewhere where giant potholes weren't lurking. The headache of having to deal with finding replacement rims, tires, spare tires that would work in the event of a flat IMO is a bit more difficult with a staggered setup. Even so, I still might go that route to get the best look though lol... I've scoured the web to try to find examples of E60's running 19 x 8.5 square setups to see just how "square" it really looks to see if it's something I could live with, but most pics are of staggered setups. Is anybody out there running 19 x 8.5's on all four corners with their E60 and care to share a pic or two and weigh in on this?

This is one of the few examples I wouldn't be entirely mad at that I've found (19 x 8.5 on AG 310's). I don't think it looks bad, but sure lacks the concaveness and looks pretty tame although still classy.
