19" wheel & tire spec advice

Car 2007 550i sport pack changed to Bilstein B16

If anyone has wheel specs pushed to the limits based on a slightly dropped suspension such as Bilstein B16 that would be great. I'm looking to push the limits on width and sidewall due to poor east coast roads. I would like to do the following.
Wheels are AG M359
19x9 et18
19x10 et25
Desired specs
19"s
245x40x19"
285x35x19"
The overall diameter of above is the same as the standard 20" spec w/ 245x35 & 275x30
Or
255x35x19
295x30x19

Thanks in advance.

I have a 545i which is almost the same as your 550i. I also have the same wheels and am running 235/40 in the front and 275/35 in the rear (mine are also 19x9 and 19x10) My suspension is stock and don't plan on doing anything with that right now. Since yours is dropped i think 245/40 is a little too big for the front. My fronts don't have that much wheel gap, so speed bumps and dips are not very friendly unless you don't care about your tires rubbing. My rears are fine as I was going for the staggered look ;) however if you want 285/35 in the back it shouldn't be a problem. Let me know what you decide.

Thanks for the reply. Another member mentioned he has the same suspension and is running 245/40 & 275/35. He didn't remember his offsets. I have a couple of weeks till I order the wheels. So hopefully I get some more replies before then.
