Default 19" wheel size choice help

I'm driving a 2008 535i E60 with sports suspension (further lowered with H&R sport springs).

Current setup is...

F 18" x 8" with ET 20 running 245 x 40 (plus 12mm spacer)
R 18" x 9" with ET 32 running 275 x 35 (plus 15mm spacer)

It all seems to run well, with occasional rubbing. My car is a daily driver with occasional track days and I'm looking to beef up the handling for those occasional track days.

I'm installing Bilstein PSS10 coil overs to my car and am upgrading the wheels to fit a Stoptech BBK. It seems pretty close to the strut with what I have at the moment and I think the PSS10 is a little larger than stock strut and springs setup?

I'd like to put Forgestar F14 19" wheels on the car, but am unsure about what rim width and ET that the car can handle. I'm happy to do some fender rolling but I don't know how much is available on these cars? The plastic bumper seem quite a way along the fender arc.

My ideal setup I'd like to run is...

F 19" x 9" with ET 18 running 255 x 35 (no spacer)
R 19" x 9.5" with ET 20 running 275 x 30 (no spacer)

Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated as I'm pretty new to this!!!!

Your fronts will rub just a little but a little fender rolling will fix that and the rears should be fine. The setup I have on my car are 20" F14 20x9 et18 fronts and 20x10.5 et25 rears, hankook tires 255/30-20 and 275/30-20.
