Upload .pdf in gallery still broken...

Lomag, you may recall a bug I reported a while back with regard to uploading a .pdf in the gallery (for my TIS document section).
We originally talked about the issue right here and I actually forgot about the whole thing until today.
One thing that's different today than when I originally posted the problem is that now, instead of the message saying "image upload failed" (complete message is documented here) it now says:

How is it now? I didn't see any problem but I re-saved the PDF settings which probably updated something to make it work again. I tried uploading a .pdf and it worked OK.

So I guess you never actually read my first post earlier today about this problem -- you know, since I went to the trouble to post the EXACT error message there -- thanks a lot there my friend!
