Not a big thing but has anyone noticed that when you quote a post, the time of the post in the quote is captured from the person doing the quoting's local time?
For example, if I post a message at 3PM Eastern time and someone on Pacific time quotes me in a reply, the quote will show up as posted at 12PM for all users (regardless of time zone) since that was the time my original post looked like to the person posting the reply.
I'm not too worried about it and I can see why this happens, I'm just wondering if the IPB people can figure out a way to use some sort of variable for the time to maintain the dynamic nature of the time zones...
Then again, does anyone really give a damn?

For the record, I don't give a damn about this "bug" either, I just found it interesting that the programmers seem to have never thought of this issue...
(Lomag, you calling me stupid? )
