Whats the limit on our private messaging?

Also is there a way to save a copy of the sent messages? Like you know how e-mail allows us to save a copy of whatever we send in a "sent folder" I see a "sent folder" in the PM center but I cant figure out how to archive sent files there.

I know it will take up more room but it'll just use part of our limited PM storage space right?

Somthing like this we get a max of 150 messages to store and how we chose to use the space up to us.

Red is the Inbox itmes (PMs sent to us by others)

Yellow is a copy of the SENT PMs that we send out

Green is space we have left.

Do we have somthing like this and I just dont know how to use it?

Before you send a PM, there are two checkboxes right above the send button. One of the checkboxes says "Add a copy of this message to my sent items folder" which will give you an entry in the Sent Items folder.

There is limited space for storing messages (there is a simple bar graph at the top of the inbox) but the software has a way to archive a folder as well. You can create a file for importing into Excel or you can create an html file.

Play around a little, you'll figure it out...

Ya I know about the bar graph... but I was wondering what the physical limit was... I'm guessing its on MB's used and not messages saved... since we're allow to have attachments.

I also figured out the archiving thing.. and I just did that yesterday... but theres a box to check for saving a copy?? Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Cuz I keep looking around the PM center but I never was looking when I'm actually "SENDING" out a PM...

I gotta try that! Does Rudy want some spam PMs?

The message limit is 500 although I can increase that.. I dont think I have the option to make it unlimited like everything else otherwise I would.
