Is the order of threads in "Manage Watched Topics" random?

My Ride: 2010 535 xi - M Sport Pkg & other goodies
It seems to be the case to me. I can't figure out any order at all. Not based on date the thread was subscribed to, the last post to the thread (newest at the top) which is what I've seen in all other sites, or anything.
Why is that?
And more importantly, can it be fixed so it shows the thread with the newest post at the top? I'm used to going to my tracked threads and reading the ones that have been updated, and this makes it impossible to do so.

Sorry for the extremely late reply but this is something out of our control as it's coded into the software which we can not change. IB does plan to update the boards software, probably by years end, so that system they claim is much more user friendly but we will see!
