New Post Notification

Is it only me or does the e-mail notification sends out too many notifications. Shouldnt it only send one e-mail to notify me of new posts on a topic? It seems now that it sends a e-mail for EACH post that somone posts on the board. Other messagebords the e-mail notification works really well where it sends only one and wont send you any more till you have gone back to read the new post.
Now because of this I get like from 50 to 90 e-mails a day just from the e-mail notifications. Doesnt seem like its suppose to work this way.

Nope thats the setting I've been using delayed notification but it still sends an e-mail to me everytime some responds...
