Hi Everyone,
We've just completed a major forum software upgrade to the new 3.x series of the IPB IP.Board software. There's probaby going to be many minor bugs and issues to fix over the next few days so please post your commentary here.
Thank you!

Nice! Hopefully we can get something more with 5series.net instead of IPBoard logo on the top!
Thanks, Mark!

Horrible imho. And most of all annoying for eyes.
And can't find a "suck" emoticon to express it.
In many field, I cannot understand why people "upgrade" thing to worst.

Thanks Lomag...
As with any upgrades, etc., it takes some time to iron out all the issues. Those of you who are quick to judge things, you may want to give it a little bit before passing a final judgement. Change can be tricky and I'm not usually one for change but I have to say that Lomag held off from upgrading for quite some time since the overall philosophy of this board is to keep it simple, etc.
Unfortunately, the spammers were able to "crack the code" on the older version of the software which enabled spam bots to constantly register and post spam messages via public and private means. Since the version of software we were using was fairly old, it was not supported anymore so there was no (and never will be) a patch or fix available to help stop this problem.
Hopefully, in time, this version will become "normal" looking and have everyone comfortable again...
