How do I download the entire PM

When I download my PMs to my computer only the text is downloaded. I have several PMs with pictures and attachments. How do I download the entire content of the PM. Whats the best format to enable that?

Try the options at the bottom of the Private messages page that says:

Download as XML
Download as CSV

XML possibly, but CSV definitely no go.
