How can I upload pix from my iPhone?

I see alotta crazy stuff and I would love to share it with you all, but I don't sync my phone that often.. When I'm posting a topic from my phone the upload photo area is grayed out?! Is there a way to upload pix straight from the iPhone some how?!?

Here are my pics of accident( infiniti and BMW 3er) I saw in Brooklyn on Ocean pkwy few days ago. I took them with my iPhone and had problem loading the to the forum, just want to try post them here

On Windows Vista and 7, I use the Scanner and Camera Wizard to connect to the iPhone to transfer pictures from the iPhone.

Ok it didn't work, this is a bummer 
I emailed myself the pix, I received them, the only options available when I select the picture is copy, or save photo
Save photo obviously saves to my photos which I can't upload from, and if I copy and paste it doesn't work either.
Idk I am failing here
