I've come across sometimes when I've been trying to look for certain threads started by specific members and when searching under the member that actually started the thread via :

member profile>find topics

some threads are missing since the forum software change, will this info eventually be back completely, a glitch, or just S.O.L.

I've also tried finding the thread via advanced search>find words>find author and still nothing comes up :bash:
