I am trying to change my avatar. All I see is the existing one distorted.

The new avatar has been scrunched down to 10KB (jpeg) and I see it in the Avatar edit box but it will not come up on a thread.

Any suggestions??

You are viewing it from the cache.

There is a setting in the IE options, under temporary internet files, where you can tell IE to allways load the page and not use the cache.

Thanks, Ice,

But I cannot navigate to the TempIntFiles. Which of the IE Options tabs do I go to?

Someone/some thing is messing with my mind.

All I did was chat with the Iceman and the Avatar is fixed!

Ice, you are a wizard. Bill Gates should hire you! Many thanks.

General settings for IE users that allways want to see the actual site with all changes, and don't want to load from cache:

Change Avatar Problem-options.jpg

Change Avatar Problem-einstellungen.jpg

Change Avatar Problem-leerenb_temp_int_files.jpg

Plus, if you "XP" => experience problems , "delete cookies set by this board" may help in many other situations:

Um, Ice, it might help if you had the English version of the screenshots (P.S. I know exactly what you're talking about though)

Some things are easy understandable, and the others, well, the positions are the same so it should be easy to find out what I talk about...
