Post N52 misfire

Hi.
The car is e60 530i 2005 N52B30. After a software update due to rough idling, the car ran normally but with catalytic converter errors. We decided to turn off the lambda probes after the catalysts so that the check would not light up, then it started again rough idle. The errors it shows are:
2c2d Lambda probe in front of the catalyst, overrun test
2c3d Lambda probe in front of the catalytic converter, line fault
29cf Misfire, cylinder 3
29ce Misfire, cylinder 2
29cd Misfire, cylinder 1
29cc Misdires, multiple cylinders

Any ideas?
thanks in advance.

Have you performed a vacuum leak test? What type of gas do you use?

I can't tell if a vacuum test was done, but the problem started after a chain change. everything around the chain change has been taken apart and re-examined. It was the crankcase breather valve was found to be cracked, at which point we replaced the entire crankcase breather with hoses. The disa valves were also inspected. I mostly use 95 gasoline, but i have also tried with 100.
