Post e60 525d lci 6hp19 solenoid replacement

Hi!

i am going to change the transmission solenoids on my bmw 525d lci with a 6hp19 gearbox. i am having some problems with finding the right part number so i can order. different sites show different results.
i think its one of these two: 1068.298.044 or 1068.298.045
anyone got any idea what part number the solenoids i should get have?

i changed mine 15k miles ago ill have to dig thrpugh my paperwork and see or maybe fcpeuro still has a list of my orders. I would advise only to get them from fcpeuro. But i used realoem.com to get my model number. I have a 530i so i dont know if its the same..

really, must be because ur diesel the 21 only comes on the gas version on the models like 550. My stock 535i xdrive has zf6hp19. I hate this transmission probably the worst they ever put in a bmw.

the 6hp21 is rated at 450nm instead of 400nm like the 6hp19. its kinda funny actually because the site where i get parts said that i needed solenoids etc for the 6hp19. the mechanic took out the mechatronic then found out that i had a 21 box and none of the parts fit so i have to wait 2 weeks until i get my car back because they dont have time to fix it next week :-(. excited for the results after a oil and filter service with solenoids and all the seals and sleeve

how much does that cost? I did mine myself twice once for siloneods second because in manual mode i damaged the internal parts, but to make sure i sawpped the pan filter bridge adapter and fluid. Sucks doing it on jack stands.. but thats gotta be an expensive bill it was alot of work..pulling the mechatronic unit twice sucked

the whole job was kinda expensive. the site i order parts for is also a mechanic shop so they just returned the set that was wrong and ordered the correct set. costed me 50 dollar extra to swap the sets but thats okay i guess. the labour cost around 600 dollar here in norway so its fairly expensive but i guess its worth it if it makes my gearbox smooth again
