Default Engine malfunction/too rich after fixing injectors

My journey first was summarized with this post and has now continued with new symptoms.
Short version:
had misfire at random times
Changed battery
Eventually went to Indy shop
They did Walnut blast and oil filter housing gasket
They wanted 3k for injectors (I did them myself and coded)
the misfire is now gone but I get bogging at light throttle and the engine malfunction/too rich codes after a WOT pull.

What now? I'm about 1800 bucks into this and I've just got new issues.

Check gap and re-torque the plugs
Check plug cable for any arc traces
check plug holes for any oil contamination

what did you use to code for the new injectors?
What part number injectors?

Thanks for the reply.
Gaps and torque seem fine
Don't find any ARC traces
Used inpa to code everything. Is there anything other than updating the values that is needed?
I used the injectors https://www.summitracing.com/parts/SMP-FJ1284

What are the codes you are getting?

Also, think abut doing some logging if you dont have the gear for that yet. MHD app on the phone and a proper cable

No codes except one time I got a rich fuel mixtuem, but most times all I get is the engine malfunction light.

The JB4 should give you all the logging functionality you need right?

MHD lets you buy the monitoring capability separate from the flashing

I dont have the logging cable for the jb4, but since I already have the dcan cable, I just ordered an OTG adapter and I'll run with MHD. I'll post logs once I get the adapter.
