as you can see in the video, the car, after it sits for 24 hours, doesn't start on it's first try, cuts off the engine by itself, as if the battery went dead, on the second try though, it start, badly, but it starts.

Now, i've used the 09 menu on the dash to check the voltage as soon as I get in the car and the battery starts with 12.1 volts which is low (granted we have -6C, but still), when I crank it goes as low as 9V, then it starts.

Battery is new, like one month new, 110aH, battery was registered, all 6 plugs are new, gp relay is new, changed the voltage regulator, IBS does not throw any errors and even with the IBS disconnected, I get the same issue, no start, battery drain etc. so no difference

With a multimeter I get 0.01mA stand by current draw, so I don't have a parasitic draw.

Any ideas guys? The only obvious thing I can think of, is the fact that the tail light has some ground issue (E61), as the ground wire is cut/broken from the plug that goes into the rear light assembly, but the mechanic rewired the ground directly on the light to make ground and he said this can't drain the battery and can't cause this issue.

If i get no parasitic draw on the multimeter, can the battery still be drained by something like a bad ground and not show as current draw on the miliamp?

Charge the battery and see if you have the same issue. Seems like your battery is almost dead. Once you get it charged report findings.

yes but it was charged the day before...

it's at the mechanic right now, only fault is aux heater, so the aux heater pump 43F1 aux heater activation - short to circuit B- ; 43F2 - aux heater activation interrupted.

still, no parasitic draw, could the aux pump drain the battery in standby somehow?
