Default E61 et? For the flush look

as the title states trying to find et for a 2008 wagon that will give the flush look without being stanced in a 19’.

The stock offsets on XI models is 43mm with 18 inch wheels.
245/40R18

This reduces off the shelf wheel options heavily for 19 inch wheels.

I just put some 19" DPE SP-SC16 wheels on my XI. They are custom offsets I have not measured them. No spacers either and the fit is flush with these tires.

For just such discussions, here is a list you can consider:

OE BMW WHEELS for 535 XI
All 43 Offset

My Stock: STYLE 243 - 7.5 X 17 - 225 / 50R 17

My Upgrade: STYLE 135 - 8 X 18 - 245 / 40R 18

Others that fit:

STYLE 123 - 8 X 18 - 245 / 40R18

STYLE 122 - 8 X 17 - 245 / 45R17

STYLE 124 - 8 X 18 - 245 / 40R18

STYLE 135 - 8 X 18 - 245 / 40R18

STYLE 138 - 7.5 X 17 - 225 / 50R17

STYLE 152 - 8 X 18 - 245 / 40R18

STYLE 246 - 8 X 18 - 245 / 40R18

STYLE 277 - 8 X 17 - 245 / 45R17

STYLE 278 - 8 X 17 - 245 / 45R17

I doubt any of these will give you the "flush" look you are looking for. Others might be able to give you some options with regards to spacers that you can use to obtain that look. I'm pretty sure it is different front to back.

Good luck

I'm on 19X8 et 32... front is flush. Back I still have 10mm extra spacers.. it's pretty good I'm on a sedan, but I think the wheel wells will be the same. Go look around and see others posts and their wheel sizes.

It's true. In the US anyway there were not that many wagons that come over for the E61 chassis. The place where most of the wagons are (In Europe) they are usually NOT AWD so it makes finding accurate information about American wagons even more confusing.
