Asking $24,500 due to the rarity, outstanding condition, and overall awesomeness of this damn car. I'm the 2nd owner, clean Carfax, no accidents.
Since owning it, I've kept up with all regular maintenance at an outstanding BMW specific Indy shop here in Austin called Munich Auto. I've also done a number of (costly) optional upgrades and improvements:
- brand new set of 4 matched michelin tires, currently at about 15k miles
- professional 4 wheel alignment (when the tires went on)
- full tune-up at 86,000 miles including new coils and plugs (OEM parts)
- walnut blast of the intake at 86,000 miles
- professionally machined, restored and refinished all 4 wheels in gunmetal gray (///M double spoke 135 alloys)
- professionally painted brake calibers in high temp blue (matched to car)
- paintless dent repair for all the dings on all external surfaces. the body is flawless with the exception of a barely noticeable spot on the rear bumper which was repaired with color-matched touchup paint
- professionally replaced and painted OEM ///M sport front bumper cover
- new BMW floor mats
- replaced cracked front windshield and the automatic rain sensor assembly
- installed Burger Motorsports Dual Cone Intake (I saved the factory air box if you prefer bone stock)
- installed upgraded Custom Performance Engineering Front Mount Intercooler (I saved the factory FMIC if you prefer bone stock)
- installed BMW OEM gloss black kidney grill (again, saved the orignial)
- professionally installed aftermarket Curt 1 1/4" trailer hitch
- professionally installed lift gate shock "hydro delete" (makes rear hatch manual open / close as the rear hydraulic lift was malfunctioning and would have cost ~$2k to replace with factory hydraulics
- regular oil and filter service every 6000 miles or 6 months whichever comes first
- replaced plugs at 96k

A quick update based on questions I've received about my E61:
* Both turbos, the high pressure fuel pump (HPFP), & fuel injectors have been replaced under BMW warranty
* All maintenance records & the original window sticker are available
* Car has had two owners and neither were smokers or ever allowed smoking in the car
* An extended warranty, under a BMW Service Campaign, remains up to 120k miles / Oct 2020 on both the HPFP & Fuel Injectors.
* New Bosch plugs at 96k, new Bosch coils at 86k miles
* Carfax shows zero accidents, no title issues, no flood damage, and I have the Texas title free and clear of liens, in hand

The carguru link shows the ad is no longer active. Is this still for sale? Can you provide more information on the damage reported on the carfax for 7/19/2017?

Sorry, the car sold pretty quickly (at $23.5k for any potential sellers looking for comps).
