My Ride: BMW e60

I plug my car on the dianostics and it says unplausibles signal after changing the seat pre tensioner but still airbag light and sign on idrive says faulty restraint system can anyone help me! !

First, Welcome to the group.
Sounds like your car is telling you you have a restraint system problem and your diagnostics equipment is confirming that with the signal unplayable code. I'm assuming you are using a BMW specific code reader or one of the BMW specific PC based packages. Just need to tell us what you are using for your diagnostics and what actual error code or codes you are receiving. Also, what year and model e60 do you have and mileage. This will afford us a little better overview to assist you.
