Active Steering Control Module

I would like to know if i can install BMW i545 active steering control module into i525?
N.B. The one located to the floor board under the right front carpet.

Go to realoem.com with the BMW part number, from the 545i, and compare to part numbers listed for your 525i. That's the best way, so your not guessing.
