You could use Carly to code the digital speedometer in the center, change your settings (in iDrive) to KM and voala! Much cheaper and quicker way to get KM all the time. I have mine to show Celsius...

One more thing to consider with these many miles...

One more thing to consider with these many miles are your rear shocks...they're very cheap to replace so I wouldn't ignore them...even if everything is okay with the air bags.
