I now think it's the A/C compressor and pulleys. When I do turn the A/C on max the noise dies down a lot. Is there any way to disconnect the A/C compressor?

I guess it's ok. Car did not over heat or has leaks anymore. The car also feels smother now that it has the correct coolant pressure.

Hi I just replaced my coolant expansion reservoir. It came with the coolant level sensor. I noticed that the new level sensor has a black thing over it. Is this a cover? Do I just leave it? I hope so...

My first car (nissan) had no rubber bushings and coilovers. At the time I didn't mind it was fun. But this is a bimmer. I like how my sport suspension feels but one of my shocks is out.

I'm not sure how active steering works at all but I know with coilovers suspension measurements will be way off from OEM. I'm not sure if active steering needs those oem measurements
