Couldn't get it cleaned/polished and forgot to ask about it being certified this past weekend. I couldn't get it cleaned because they noticed a loose diamond while inspecting it. It is one of the smaller diamonds on the side. The salesperson at zales said they would have to mail it off and it would be 30 dollars to get it corrected. With that being said...
