Smile wtb tire sensors or if your selling

I have an 05 e60 and I am looking for some tire pressure sensors, if anyone is selling a set please post here or message thanks.

Make sure you get the proper ones. They changed part numbers in later-year E60 models. Also a caution that you may be better off with new ones as the battery life of those suckers is only about 7 years.

ah i see thanks for the heads up, any suggestion on where to get some for a decent price.

I got my set from tire rack.. free shipping I think it was $225... since you have an 05 I'd look specifically .. in the back of my mind I thought you might not even need them and they are based on tire rotation of each hub? You might not need any at all...

I purchased mine from TPMS.com.

They worked great and I did not have to get them programmed by a dealer. I just slapped the wheels on and did a relearn using the Idrive controller on my 2007 E61.

thanks ill check my light is on so one of the sensor is out.

In the Idrive menu I went to the same area where you relearn the tire pressures. I did the relearn procedure. Afterwards the warning light went out and I had no issues.

I don't know if they pre programmed them prior to shipping or they were just compatible with the BMW system. They did ask for make and model information when I ordered them.
