I literally saw one on CL like YESTERDAY, but it's not there anymore. I think they were selling it (just the base I believe) for $150.

DK, is that the part number for the touring bike holder? Is it one where I'd have to take apart the front wheel?

 

Nope. Just put the bike on and take it off and ride. I like this one because it has a curve in it instead straight bar. I ordered it from here. I found some on google. But it shows the one that has a straight bar instead of curved.
