As the title suggest have I have original M5 mirrors in carbon black mint condition pre 09/05, I would ideally like lci ones just to make the connecting easier or atleast post 09/05.
So basically im looking to buy or swap what ever comes first, not overly bothered about colour, need to be power fold heated etc, mine dont have auto dip
is thre anyone out there?

I have the insides of an LCI M5 mirror, that is what you really need. I have them inside normal mirrors at the moment after I did the swap for Sanj. If you want you can buy the normal mirrors off me and then the swap is straight forward.

Thanks Sanj, i have read what Bruce has written regarding the mirrors about 50 times, but here is a question, not sure if you Bruce or Blood or any one else for that matter may be able to answer. Is the pre lci window switch the same as the lci window switch, as finding Lci ones on ebay are a struggle.
Secondly using Bruces Lci cables and plugging the correct window switch will i with programming get the full functionality like Blood has achieved?

The switch panel is slightly different in that on the LCI you don't get a trim attached, just the buttons. However I 'think' the button panel is actually the same on both the LCI and pre-LCI. Infact on the pre-LCI it should be easier because I see a lot of panel sold on ebay without the trim piece.
Anyway if you get the post 09/05 mirrors with the modules from me what you can do is programme it to your car and get everything working fine. Then just use the parts from your M5 mirrors put them back into the mirrors you buy from me and sell them on ebay and make up some of the money you spend to buy the mirrors.
