wtb : "invisible" turn signal bulb (chrome coated)
just as the title says.
i can't believe how expensive the bulbs are because of the stupid chrome coating.
if anyone has some for an lci halogen e60 lmk. def. interested.

I agree the silver bulbs are overpriced and the cheap ones seem to have very short lives. You can reduce the egg yolk effect from your own factory amber bulbs by giving them a light - very light - misting of silver spray paint. That still permits the amber color to come through but disguises them behind your lamp housing. Only a very light misting is required - it works!
