I've returned to the BMW world after a 7 year hiatus (prior BMW - 2001 BMW 330ci), and have just picked up a 2010 535i xdrive with M sport package as my second car for daily driving. The car looks hot, the bmw 135 rims are nice, but come with pathetic little 245/40 run flats all around. I am looking for a set of staggered 19inch rims, and am leaning towards the Miro 346's. I'm going to mount them with Michelin Pilot sport A/S's. Any advice on whether they will fit my car or not? Will the Michelins fit as well? 245/35 in front, 275/30 in back I presume. What about Bremmer Kraft BR03's as seen on Tire Rack? Pics of these anyone? Best place to buy other rims? I definitely want to be able to use the BMW center caps.

Also, do I absolutely need to lower the car with H&R springs, or will the ride suffer terribly?

Thanks for any help here for this return newbie.

Let me know if you want to sell your 135's with the tires and TPM's. I have a 2010 535 xDrive with the non-M sport package, which comes with the 17" setup.

I wouldn't lower the car unless you go with KW coilovers. Don't just do H&R springs....ride is harsh. Trust me.

Any idea on warranty implications if I do either (springs or the coilovers)? Apologies if this has been discussed in the past. The car is a lease, and I will turn it back in prob in a year, for 2011 :)

Yeah, your suspension warranty will be void. One downside.

With those tires the overall rolling diameter will change too much. Also, are 225s up front on an e60 too narrow for ultimate road-holding?

I do think those rims are absolutely gorgeous though
