Your best bet for e39 Nav disks is Ebay. There are literally hundreds of nav cd's available on there. Make sure you read the descriptions very carefully - some which sound OK are incompatible for your exact model & year.
Another source is p2p programs, if you are handy with programs like eDonkey etc. there are lots of .ISO images of current disks floating around.
