Wow sorry I forgot about this post and sold the phone already. But in response to your question, the blackberry tour is an international phone and has a sim card slot with a card in it. While in the states the phone functions as a CDMA phone but overseas it functions as a GSM phone. You can unlock the phone to use the GSM feature with ATT and TMobile.
