Nope. Just has double-sided tape--like my spoiler. Get a friend to help hold it as they flex quite a bit. Just mark where you want it with tape before hand using a measuring point like the tail light and line it up. Once it's stuck on, put some tape on it to hold it down while the double-sided tape sets. It'll look goofy sitting in your garage for a day, but it'll be worth it. I think mrfva did a DIY when he installed his. GL

And make sure you use painters tape as a "guide" and have a pen mark on both the tape on the trunk and the spoiler, so you know where the center is. once that tape sticks, you won't want to reapply it. In fact, you might not be able to take it off that easily. One more piece of advice...take a hair dryer and heat that tape up so it's nice and soft and sticky before you lay it on the trunk.
