powdercoated oem 166 with general tires

Powdercoated Oem 166's m5 offset for sale again.
Rims were powdercoated a dark graphite color (black shadow was what they called it)at wheel techniques in santa clara.
All rims are flawless except 1 front passenger rim has a slight curb rash.
2 Rims had a crack/bend but was repaired at wheel techniques
General Uhp
front tires are 245/35/19 and has about 40 percent thread left
Rear tires are 275/30/19 both tires were replaced 6 months ago with about 2k miles on them but one has been patched caused by a nail.
Will include almost new 12mm Rogue engineering spacers with extended lugs (used 700 miles) to push the rear wheels out more
Willing to trade for 20's (iforged, vip modular, pretty much any forged wheel with a lip)plus cash on my end depending on type.
1,700 obo ..rather deal locally first then will ship if i get no interest
